Terms and conditions

These terms cover orders placed with Isik Designs through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders and proofs

An order becomes binding once you approve the proof we send you. Until then you may cancel or change it free of charge. You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, spelling and artwork you supply, and for approving the proof that reflects it.

Artwork you send us

By uploading artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. We do not reproduce third-party logos, trademarks or copyrighted designs without evidence of permission, and we may decline any job we believe infringes someone else’s rights.

We keep your artwork on file so repeat orders are easy. Ask us at any time and we will delete it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include any personalisation surcharges shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed. Sales tax is added where required by New York State law.

Colour and material variation

Wood, slate and leather are natural materials, so grain, colour and figure vary from piece to piece. Screens also render colour differently. Slight variation is a feature of handmade work, not a defect.

Returns

Set out in full on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including missed events or deadlines, though we will always tell you up front if we cannot meet a date.
