Shipping

Made to order. Nothing here is sitting on a shelf — each piece is cut once you order it, so allow production time on top of transit time.

• Production: 3–5 business days from proof approval for most items; larger or bulk orders are quoted individually.
• Transit: 2–5 business days within the United States.
• Local pickup: free on Long Island. Choose it at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.
• Tracking: emailed automatically the moment your parcel is scanned.

We do not ship outside the United States yet. If you need something sent abroad, ask us — we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the freight.

Returns

Personalised items. Anything engraved with your text, artwork or chosen colours is made only for you and cannot be resold, so it is not returnable for a change of mind.

We will always put it right when the fault is ours. If your order arrives damaged, or does not match the proof you approved, email info@isikdesign.com within 14 days with a photo. We remake it or refund you in full — you choose, and you do not pay return shipping.

Non-personalised items can be returned unused and in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less the original shipping.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve your proof. After approval the material is cut and the piece exists, so cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged in transit

Keep the packaging and send us a photo of both the item and the box. Carriers require it for a claim, and it means we can get a replacement to you faster.
